About The Position
Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Medical Lab Technician for its acute hospital. The role supports the hospital’s patient care mission by performing instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, conducting quality control testing, and maintaining supplies required for testing. The position is full-time days, typically scheduled from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., and offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Frye Regional Medical Center is a 355-bed acute care facility with more than 1,500 professional and clinical staff. It provides a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services to meet the community’s healthcare needs.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in science is required.
Nice To Haves
- MLT certification through ASCP or AMT is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
