About The Position

Havasu Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a full-time Medical Lab Technician for a night schedule. The role supports the hospital’s mission to make communities healthier by performing routine laboratory testing and helping ensure accurate, compliant results. The technician also maintains and troubleshoots instruments, manages testing supplies and equipment, and participates in quality improvement and continuing education.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in science.

Nice To Haves

• MLT certification through ASCP or AMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests in various sections of the laboratory.
• Perform common testing procedures and accurately report test results.
• Conduct instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform quality control testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain supplies and equipment necessary for testing.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
