About The Position

This position is for a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS). While ASCP certification is preferred, it is not required. The role requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of core lab experience. Experience with Epic charting and equipment is necessary. The position will primarily function as a Lab Assistant, with Phlebotomy being a required skill. Responsibilities will include performing phlebotomy, processing urinalysis, chemistry, and kit tests. The individual must be flexible to switch between lab assistant and MLT duties as needed.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3+ years core lab experience
• Epic charting/equipment experience
• Phlebotomy skills
• Ability to process urinalysis, chemistry, and kit tests
