About The Position

Join a high-performing clinical team as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Scientist, performing complex diagnostic testing across multiple laboratory disciplines. This role is suited to experienced laboratory professionals with strong technical expertise, a quality focus, and the ability to work independently. The position performs moderate- to high-complexity testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank, producing accurate and timely results that support clinical decisions. It offers hands-on experience with advanced laboratory technology, including operating and troubleshooting analyzers, validating quality control, and maintaining equipment. The role also involves reviewing and verifying test results, maintaining specimen integrity, supporting blood product preparation, ensuring compliance and documentation, and contributing to quality improvement and process development initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASCP certification as an MLS or MLT, required (or obtained within 3 years) and maintained during employment.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• 2–3+ years of clinical laboratory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
