About The Position

Represent the client across a range of medical and project-based activities through inbound and outbound communications. Key responsibilities may include: Providing accurate and balanced information on drug and/or medical device products. Identifying and documenting adverse events (AEs) and product complaints in accordance with client guidelines and regulatory requirements. Collecting and recording demographic information, as well as managing request disposition for product samples, materials, and literature fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacovigilance, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field; an advanced degree is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage remote interactions effectively.
  • Knowledge of Health Canada requirements for adverse event reporting.
  • Fully bilingual (English and French).
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to organizational needs and varying schedules.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical or pharmaceutical information (1–2 years) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, balanced, and timely medical information to internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of assigned products and disease states.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards across client programs, including accurate data collection, documentation, and entry into program-specific databases.
  • Identify, document, and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) in accordance with Inizio procedures, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines, ensuring timely escalation to Quality Assurance and/or clients.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports, including KPIs, inquiry trends, therapeutic areas, and emerging topics.
  • Communicate with inquirers in a professional and empathetic manner, facilitating understanding of medical information as needed.
  • Support operational needs through flexibility in scheduling (including weekends, holidays, and vacations) and by contributing to administrative or non-telecommunication tasks when required.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and patient privacy regulations (PIPEDA), while effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
