About The Position

TEHORA is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with solid experience in their field of expertise to contribute to structuring technological projects for public and private organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
• Proficiency in testing methodologies (unit, integration, performance)
• Experience with testing tools (Selenium, JMeter, Postman)
• Knowledge of quality assurance standards (ISO 9001, CMMI)
• Understanding of security and compliance issues
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Quality and continuous improvement orientation
• Excellent communication and writing skills in French

Nice To Haves

• Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester, Agile Tester (asset)

Responsibilities

• Define and implement quality standards for IT projects
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure compliance with requirements
• Produce test and audit reports
• Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes
• Document quality assurance procedures and best practices
• Train teams on quality assurance methodologies
• Ensure traceability of tests and corrections
• Contribute to defining acceptance criteria for deliverables
