Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine/medical device related majors.
Approximately 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical device related products.
Good customer management and teamwork skills.
Good learning and data analysis skills.
Willing to accept challenges and have good stress resistance.
Experience in the medical aesthetics product industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute the company's established sales strategies, plans, goals, and budgets, explore business opportunities, and achieve the promotion of company products in designated areas and target hospitals/institutions.
Understand customer opportunities, explore and grasp customer needs, and be able to empower customers by providing professional support and training.
Establish, improve, and maintain a good network of target customers.
Assist regional managers and cross-departmental personnel such as the marketing department in implementing various company projects.
Customize adjustments based on the characteristics of the responsible institutions/hospitals to optimize execution results.
Comply with the code of business conduct and conduct business activities legally and reasonably.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
