Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phones, and managing inquiries.
Schedule patient appointments efficiently, aiming for same-day or next-day scheduling.
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
Float between various clinic locations as needed, adapting to different office environments.
Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, both in person and over the phone.
