About The Position

Xterra Health is a fast-moving, mission-driven organization empowering veterans through transparent access to the care, benefits, and support they’ve earned. Our Medical Evidence Consulting team helps veterans understand what their medical, military, and VA records show and how that evidence supports the benefits they have earned. As demand for VA medical evidence roadmaps has grown, our consultants need to stay focused on their phone consultations with veterans. This support role was created to review medical, military, and VA records and build the draft roadmap for each veteran, ensuring roadmaps are completed accurately and on time. Supporting four consultants, this person turns raw records into an accurate draft roadmap that consultants finalize after their phone consultation with the veteran. This is a role for someone who has a hands-on clinical background, such as medical assistant, EMT, paramedic, or LPN, and takes pride in careful, detail-oriented record review that directly serves veterans.
