About The Position

The Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver drives to and from healthcare locations to complete delivery and equipment management tasks for a district office. The role includes delivering and picking up medical equipment, processing, cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment, and maintaining inventory. The driver educates customers about equipment features and functionality and completes required paperwork and data entry to support billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance. The position is based at the Cincinnati District, with the listed location in West Chester, Ohio. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at $20.50 per hour. The role may also require flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours to support a 24/7 schedule.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license.
Have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.
Have customer service experience.
Have basic computer skills.
Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch or squat, kneel or crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior work experience in a hospital setting is helpful.

Responsibilities

Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
Retrieve equipment from customer locations and safely transport it back to the office.
Educate and engage customers at delivery, explaining equipment features and functionality.
Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and promptly for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment, including maintaining inventory.
