About The Position

The Medical Equipment Service and Delivery Driver drives to and from healthcare locations to perform delivery and equipment management tasks for a district office. Responsibilities include delivering and picking up medical equipment, and processing, cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment, including maintaining inventory. The role also involves educating customers about equipment features and functionality and completing accurate, timely paperwork and data entry for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license and have a safe driving record under Agiliti policies.
Have customer service experience.
Have basic computer skills.
Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule.
Be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds.
Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior work experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport it safely back to the office.
Educate and engage customers at delivery, explaining equipment features and functionality.
Complete paperwork and data entry accurately and promptly to support billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Process, clean, inspect, and test equipment, and maintain inventory.
