About The Position

As a Medical Equipment Sanitizer at TRIMEDX, you help ensure medical equipment is clean, safe, and ready for healthcare professionals. The role supports hospital operations and infection prevention by sanitizing and preparing equipment, transporting it throughout the hospital, and maintaining inventory. It involves working in a dynamic hospital environment, including entering occupied patient rooms to check equipment quantities, while providing customer service to hospital staff. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a stated pay rate of $16 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for healthcare and patient safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and bag medical equipment and ensure it is ready for use.
• Transport equipment throughout the hospital quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain and verify medical equipment inventory levels.
• Provide customer service and build strong relationships with hospital staff.
• Navigate different areas of a dynamic hospital environment as needed.
• Enter occupied patient rooms to complete medical equipment quantity checks.
• Support infection prevention and patient safety.
