About The Position

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a results-driven Area Manager to oversee multi-site operations, financial performance, and team development across a defined region. Oversee operations across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company standards and healthcare regulations (JCAHO, DOT, OSHA, etc.) Lead and develop Location Managers, driving accountability, performance, and patient-centered service Manage area-level P&L, budgets, staffing, inventory, and equipment utilization Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including medical billing and reimbursement guidelines Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to meet service goals and improve patient outcomes Implement company initiatives, tools, and protocols to enhance operational efficiency Monitor KPIs, A/R performance, and project deadlines across the region Serve as a key liaison between field operations and executive leadership Performs other duties as assigned Travel Travel up to 70% of the time Must reside within 75 miles of one of the locations supported and maintain an office within the Area as agreed upon with Division level management for non-travel days Why Rotech? Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Three years related experience, required
Previous supervisory experience, required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Proven experience in home healthcare, respiratory services, or DME operations
Strong background in multi-site management, P&L ownership, and team leadership
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, reimbursement, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities
