About The Position

The Medical Education Specialist plays a key role in the planning, execution, optimization, and evaluation of healthcare professional (HCP) education programs that support the safe and effective adoption of Inspire therapies. This role independently manages multiple educational initiatives, including Advanced Practice Provider (APP) education, webinar programs, Navigator program development, peer-to-peer education, and emerging Medical Education strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in medical education, healthcare education, event management, training, clinical education, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working within regulated healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical environments preferred.
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of Medical Education programs, including APP education, Navigator programs, and other provider learning initiatives.
Manage program logistics, faculty coordination, vendor relationships, and on-site delivery to ensure high-quality learner experiences.
Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness, scalability, and participant engagement.
Own the end-to-end management of webinar programs, including planning, platform administration, execution, and post-event evaluation.
Serve as a subject matter resource for webinar and event technologies, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and faculty.
Analyze webinar performance and implement improvements to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
Develop and maintain program measurement tools, dashboards, and reporting processes to evaluate educational effectiveness.
Analyze learner feedback, participation trends, and outcomes data to identify opportunities for program optimization.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to Medical Education leadership and stakeholders.
Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Clinical, and faculty experts to develop engaging, clinically relevant educational materials.
Design learner engagement strategies, assessments, and educational tools that support knowledge retention and behavior change.
Incorporate feedback and emerging best practices to continuously enhance the learner experience.
