About The Position

Montefiore Medical Group (MMG), part of Montefiore Health System's network of primary care practices, is seeking Internal Medicine and Family Medicine trained primary care physicians for its 20 site locations in the Bronx and Westchester counties. MMG offers a collaborative team environment and the opportunity to impact patient care in the Bronx. Several MMG sites are eligible to support J1 waivers & H1B visas, as well as the NHSC/HRSA Medical School Loan Repayment Program. The primary care physician will manage and direct general physician medical care, emphasizing early detection of ailments, prevention, and overall wellness. They will serve as the first point of contact for patients, collaborate with the Integrated Behavioral Health team for holistic care, and work with medical leadership and quality coaches to ensure best practices. A strong focus will be placed on quality outcomes and comprehensive care coordination.

Requirements

• Completion of US accredited IM or FM Residency Program
• NYS Medical License
• Board Eligible/Board Certification
• DEA
• BLS

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct general physician medical care
