About The Position
Bartels Busack Pet Hospital is a privately owned, AAHA-accredited small animal practice with over 50 years in the community. We’re looking for a Medical Director to guide our team, support continued growth, and help shape the future of our hospital. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team where quality medicine and strong culture are prioritized, with an established, loyal client base and a collaborative, long-tenured team. The position emphasizes thorough, thoughtful care with 30-minute appointments, a dedicated surgery day with a well-trained technical team, and a strong focus on medical quality and client service rather than just volume. There is flexibility to introduce new services or areas of interest.
