About The Position
The Medical Director will provide comprehensive outpatient HIV primary care to adults, including the LGBTQ community and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. This role involves diagnosing and managing HIV/AIDS and primary care conditions, delivering clinical leadership, participating in a shared call schedule, collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams, and delivering compassionate care to underserved populations. The position is based in an outpatient HIV Primary Care Clinic in Forth Worth, TX, with a patient volume of 15-18 patients per day.
Requirements
- Active California MD/DO License
- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Adult Gerontology, or Infectious Disease specialty
- Valid DEA License and Furnishing License
- Current CPR/BLS
- Prior outpatient HIV/AIDS diagnosis and treatment experience
- Comfortable seeing 15–18 patients per day

- AAHIVM Certification required within 18 months of hire
