About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time Site Medical Director to join their team at the Women's Therapeutic and Residential Center in Henning, Tennessee. The Medical Director will provide clinical direction for service delivery, direct patient care, and clinical supervision of medical staff at the assigned site, reporting to the Statewide Medical Director. This role involves collaboration with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services and participation in committees such as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Active, unrestricted TN license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- Ability to pass credentialing and background check

- Leadership/directorship experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction to meet service delivery requirements.
- Direct clinical services for patients.
- Provide clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site.
- Collaborate with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services.
- Participate in committees such as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics as requested.
