About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking an experienced anesthesiologist to serve as facility medical director at Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, Georgia. The role combines clinical practice with strategic leadership in a well-established, collaborative anesthesiology practice. The director will lead a team of 5 anesthesiologists and approximately 13 CRNAs, focusing on practice leadership, operational performance, clinician engagement, and partnership with the hospital. The position offers a manageable call schedule and a care model designed to support patient outcomes and physician quality of life. The practice includes 6 operating rooms, 2 GI suites, and 1 OB unit. Dedicated CRNA nocturnist coverage from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. manages labor epidurals and overnight obstetric anesthesia needs. The medical director will have opportunities to advance strategic initiatives, quality improvement, and clinical excellence in collaboration with hospital leadership and surgical services. Fairview Park Hospital is a 190-bed acute care facility serving the Dublin community with emergency medicine, inpatient and outpatient care, and rehabilitation therapy. TeamHealth offers leadership development and mentorship, educational resources and CME support through the TeamHealth Institute, clinical wellness initiatives, referral and networking programs, and national clinical and operational support.
Requirements
- Experienced anesthesiologist.
- Ability to provide leadership for an anesthesiology practice.

Responsibilities
- Lead the anesthesiology team of 5 anesthesiologists and approximately 13 CRNAs.
- Oversee practice leadership and operational performance.

- Collaborate with hospital leadership and surgical services.
- Provide anesthesiology clinical services within the practice.

- Annual compensation range of $625,000–$700,000, including annual metric bonus and medical director stipend.
