About The Position

Join us as our Medical Director at VCA Lloyd Animal Hospital in Stoughton, Massachusetts and you’ll quickly discover that you’ll be well-supported by world-class medicine, technology, facilities and a talented team. This is a full-service small-animal GP with a broad mix of medicine, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery. It includes on-site AniMotion rehabilitation services supporting advanced pain management and post-operative care. The role involves a collaborative doctor team with strong technician support and shared case planning. The caseload is diverse and steady, ranging from preventive care to higher-acuity general practice cases, supported by modern in-house diagnostics and anesthesia monitoring. Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in MA, or the ability to obtain

Benefits

• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
• Salary range: $120,000 - 145,000 (based on a 40-hour work week).
