About The Position

Bellevue Animal Clinic, an AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a Medical Director Veterinarian. This role involves leading a talented veterinary team, practicing high-quality medicine, and shaping the future of the practice. The hospital offers a wide range of services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, ultrasound, therapeutic laser treatment, boarding, and grooming. The Medical Director will have the opportunity to impact patient care and hospital growth, working with a passionate team. Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Active Arkansas veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for mentorship and team development
• Commitment to exceptional client service and patient care
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree or equivalent from an accredited university
• Active Veterinary State License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Current DEA License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• USDA Accreditation (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience is a plus but not required
