About The Position

We are looking for a Medical Director / Lead Veterinarian to join our team and help shape the future of veterinary care. As a veterinarian at Truss Vet, you are a clinical and cultural leader who sets the tone for patient care, client experience, and team well-being. You will practice the highest standards of medicine, foster a collaborative team environment, and exceed client expectations. As Lead Veterinarian, you are the clinical leader in your clinic, providing leadership, mentorship, and medical guidance to associate veterinarians, and working with the practice manager to ensure the clinic functions smoothly.
