About The Position
Hospital Medicine Medical Director opportunity in Moses Lake, WA. Great opportunity to lead our local team of 5 Hospital Medicine physicians. Our physician teams deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the inpatient journey, ensuring timely decisions, coordinated treatment plans, and seamless transitions. Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support. Candidates must be comfortable with vent management but are not required to do procedures.
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.
- Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.
- Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist back up.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer at least 1-2 years of hospitalist experience and previous leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight for the team while building strong relationships with our hospital partner leadership.
