Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for a full-time Medical Customer Service Representative, approximately 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must be willing to work at all facilities as needed by management. This role requires solid experience and advanced knowledge in several key areas, including strong communication skills, previous successful work experience providing exceptional customer service, and experience in a medical clinic setting is strongly preferred. Proficiency in data entry and knowledge of health insurance are also highly valued. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred, as is the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a stressful environment.
