21GRAMS- Medical Copywriter

Real Chemistry•Boston, MA
•$90,000 - $110,000•Remote

About The Position

Real Chemistry is seeking a Medical Copywriter to join 21GRAMS, its full-service healthcare advertising agency. The role brings together scientific fluency and creative instinct to turn complex clinical information into clear, compelling, brand-building copy. It is an agency copywriting position—not a traditional medical writer role—and involves developing medically sound, strategically sharp, emotionally resonant copy for healthcare and pharmaceutical campaigns. The Medical Copywriter works closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Project Management, Editorial, and medical teams to develop promotional and scientific materials across channels. The role requires translating science into stories while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and brand voice in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. The position may be remote within the United States or based in a U.S. office location: New York City, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, or Carmel. For employees within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office, in-person attendance is required two days per week, either at an office or while working onsite with clients. Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and attend occasional gatherings throughout the year.
