About The Position

The Medical Coordinator helps support an 8-bed personal care home serving residents with mental health diagnoses. This role ensures seamless coordination of medical and psychiatric care while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have an active and valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• One year as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Technician preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical and psychiatric care by scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and managing pharmacy communication for timely medication delivery.
• Administer and document medications and treatments according to prescriber orders.
• Supervise staff to maintain smooth daily operations and compliance with program standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance program quality and resident well-being.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
