The Medical Communications Postdoctoral Fellowship is a one-year program where participants will develop an understanding of the medical communications industry, and the types of services provided by an agency to its pharmaceutical and biotech client teams. During this program, fellows will have the ability to gain core competency experience by developing various types of scientific communications while working cross-functionally with internal partners [Account, Creative, and Medical Strategy] along with external client stakeholders. As such, this is an ideal opportunity for individuals with minimal or no prior medical communications experience. By the end of the program, fellows will have a clear understanding of the key competencies and responsibilities of the Medical Writing role, and well as the Scientific Director role. Additionally, fellows will gain familiarity with industry guidelines and will learn Good Publication Practices, and have the ability to apply those to key learnings while developing highly visible projects.
