Assists the Office Manager as directed in the routine office functions. Prepares the medical record for medical support staff and physicians. Primary responsibility is answering the telephone, routing all calls to the appropriate staff, and scheduling appointments. Assists or responsible for the daily posting of all revenue, receipts, and adjustments. Assists or responsible for balancing the drawer and completing all deposits. Provides a variety of administrative support services, including clerical/technical duties as directed by the practice administrator.
