About The Position
Reporting to the Food Services Manager and working within the kitchen, cafeteria, dishroom and/or patient services, the Food Service Worker performs a variety of food service tasks in meal assembly, service and delivery, dishwashing, sanitation and safety.
Requirements
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and practice of kitchen sanitary control techniques.
- Demonstrated experience working in a kitchen or dining environment and interacting closely with customers and peers.
Responsibilities
- Perform food service tasks related to meal assembly, service and delivery.
