About The Position

Keches Law Group, P.C. is a well-established, 50+ attorney law firm with offices in Milton, Bridgewater, and Worcester, practicing in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients regarding medical treatment, care coordination, and ongoing support throughout the treatment process. The Medical Care Coordinator will assist clients in navigating treatment recommendations, referrals, scheduling, and continuity of care, developing and managing individualized care coordination plans, and identifying and facilitating referrals to appropriate specialists and providers. This position also involves coordinating communication between clients, medical providers, and legal teams, and proactively identifying and helping resolve barriers, delays, missed appointments, or breakdowns in care. The role supports continuity of care, client engagement, and overall treatment progression throughout the lifecycle of the case. Additionally, the Medical Care Coordinator will maintain accurate, organized, and secure medical records, track medical updates, ensure timely delivery of records to legal teams, and support seamless transitions between providers, facilities, and care settings. Client advocacy and education are key, including educating clients on treatment options, insurance processes, and next steps, assisting in resolving billing issues, insurance questions, and claim discrepancies, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients navigating complex medical systems. Finally, the role involves monitoring client recovery progress, flagging risks or delays, providing regular updates to attorneys and case teams, and helping align medical progress with settlement strategy and case timelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare coordination, case management, medical office operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment workflows, and provider networks
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across clients, providers, and legal teams
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with personal injury and/or workers’ compensation cases strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with case management systems (e.g., Salesforce / Litify) is a plus
