They will also facilitate optimal patient access, maximize accuracy of data entry, and professionally respond to all inquiries related to health services provided by HSO. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including experience with Windows Operating System, email, and EHR data entry, along with 1-2 years of call center experience or equivalent medical receptionist experience.
