Responsibilities include screening patients for infection, fever, NPO status, insurance status, and verifying transportation post procedure at check-in. The role requires the ability to coordinate patient scheduling and communication of activities with dialysis units and family members. The Front Office Receptionist maintains patient charts, handles physician correspondence, answers telephones, manages patient flow, and directs deliveries to the building. Other duties include working overtime as needed, working in other centers as needed, attending team meetings, phone conferences, and training, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Consistent, regular, punctual attendance is an essential responsibility.
