About The Position
Prime Healthcare Cardiology is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant for their clinic located in Evanston, IL. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, performing clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks, scheduling appointments, managing patient charts, and providing information to patients to ensure they can fully utilize and benefit from the clinic's services. The role also involves conveying a positive image of the organization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for new hires effective April 2014
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Minimum one year work experience in public contact job
