About The Position
Under medical and nursing supervision, the Medical Assistant assists provider and nursing staff in delivering health care services and performs related duties as required. The role includes on-the-job training and opportunities for pay increases as skills and knowledge in the field improve. This is a PRN position; PRN staff are not eligible for benefits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid CPR and/or BLS certification.
- Spanish-speaking ability is required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of CNA or medical office experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist provider and nursing staff in the delivery of health care services under medical and nursing supervision.
- Perform related duties as required.
