About The Position
Pro Med Healthcare Services is seeking five Medical Assistants for a medical laboratory in Atlantis, Florida. Candidates must have phlebotomy and specimen handling and processing experience or education. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with full-time positions available; candidates seeking part-time work will also be considered. The role offers 40 hours per week for full-time candidates, with 8–10-hour days. Laboratory hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and candidates must be available for a rotational Saturday schedule. New graduates will be considered. Starting pay is $18.50–$19.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited medical assisting school.
- Current BLS certification.
- Phlebotomy certification.
- Experience in specimen collection and processing; relevant education may also be considered.
- Attention to detail is mandatory.
- Availability for rotational Saturday scheduling.
