Responsibilities
- Greet every patient with a smile, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while upholding outstanding customer service standards.
- Answer inquiries about the Medi-Weightloss program, providing clear and knowledgeable responses to patients and prospective clients.
- Handle phone, text, and fax communications, routing messages promptly and professionally.
- Perform daily scanning and uploading of patient documents to maintain organized, accurate records.
- Ensure the clinic remains clean, welcoming, and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
- Embrace opportunities to learn and train in new roles, contributing to the clinic’s success.
