About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a field-based role requiring statewide travel in Wisconsin. The Medical Assistant will visit patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits, focusing on preventive care. The role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships through unrushed visits and supporting seniors and families in their homes. Documentation will be done using modern EMR tools. Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) or Well-Child Visits
