About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This role involves visiting patients in their homes across Wisconsin to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. The focus is on preventive care, building meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits, and supporting seniors and families. You will document visits using modern EMR tools. This is a field-based, mobile role.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
