We’re seeking an experienced, skilled Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to broaden their expertise across both clinical and aesthetic services.

Requirements

CMA certification preferred.
2+ years of clinical experience strongly preferred.
Phlebotomy and IV skills required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
Experience with EHR systems.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Professional, positive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for exams, procedures, and treatments with efficiency and care.
Accurately obtain and document vitals, histories, and visit details.
Assist with aesthetic services, including IV therapy and injectable treatments.
Administer medications and injections under provider supervision.
Perform phlebotomy, basic lab testing, and specimen handling.
Support allergy testing and immunotherapy (pediatric & adult patients).
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the EHR.
Educate patients and families to enhance their care experience.
Provide occasional front office support (check-in/out, scheduling).
