About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This field-based role requires daily travel to patient homes across Indiana to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. The focus is on prevention and building patient relationships, with no rushed visits. You will support seniors and families at home and document visits using modern EMR tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year Medical Assistant experience (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
• Comfortable with daily travel to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) or Well-Child Visits
