About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This is a field-based role with travel within your assigned region across Arkansas. You will visit patients in their homes across your assigned area, complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits, focusing on prevention, not reaction. Build patient relationships without being rushed, and support seniors and families where they live. You will work independently while staying connected to a clinical team. This isn’t a typical clinic role. You’ll have more autonomy, a predictable daytime schedule, and the chance to build real relationships with patients across your community. You like pace and ownership. You start, finish, follow through.

Requirements

• 1+ year as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine
• Comfortable traveling throughout your region
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
