About The Position

This is a field-based Medical Assistant role with travel within an assigned region across Arkansas. The position focuses on visiting patients in their homes to complete Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and Well-Child Visits. The role emphasizes prevention, building patient relationships without being rushed, and supporting seniors and families in their homes. You will work independently while staying connected to a clinical team. This role offers more autonomy, a predictable daytime schedule, and the chance to build real relationships with patients across the community.

Requirements

• 1+ year as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months in primary care or internal medicine
• Comfortable traveling throughout your region
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
