About The Position

Revere Health is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a clinically focused supervisory role in Family Medicine. The position emphasizes staff development and day-to-day clinical support, helping the team deliver consistent, high-quality patient care. The Medical Assistant leads clinical training, coaches and mentors staff, supports safe and efficient workflows, and connects the team with providers and leadership. Patient care coverage may be provided when staffing needs arise, secondary to supervisory responsibilities. The role is based in a high-volume, fast-paced primary care environment and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant.
• Previous leadership experience, such as Lead Medical Assistant, Supervisor, or Charge role, including experience managing clinical workflows and staff performance.
• Current BLS and CPR certification.
• Interpersonal skills to lead conflict resolution among staff and address patient concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and decisive in a high-volume, fast-paced primary care environment.
• Clear communication and an ability to foster teamwork and help others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly clinical trainings on policy changes, clinical protocols, EMR updates, and consistent workflows.
• Coach and mentor Medical Assistants through hands-on instruction and competency validation for essential clinical skills.
• Improve rooming workflows, reinforce documentation standards, and promote infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate updates between the team, providers, and leadership, and help resolve day-to-day clinical concerns.
• Participate in clinical staff interviews as needed.
• Provide patient care coverage when staffing needs arise, secondary to supervisory responsibilities.
• Support staff development and consistent, high-quality patient care.
