About The Position
This role is for a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting. The position requires specific educational and certification credentials.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (according to the ABHES and/or CAAHEP)
- High School graduate or equivalent (i.e. GED)
- Participation in a registration program conducted by an accredited by a national health services organization, such as American Medical Technologists, and passing the credentialing exam (e.g. CMA or RMA)
- Medical Assistant certification
- Previous experience in a clinical setting
- Current BLS Certification
