About The Position

This role is for a Medical Assistant in a Women's Outpatient Clinic at St. Joseph's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. The position is part-time with a day shift schedule. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, documenting health information, and performing select clinical procedures. They will also assist physicians and registered nurses by executing ordered patient treatments under direct supervision, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining a clean environment. Additionally, the role involves managing basic clerical tasks, record-keeping, phone duties, and overseeing supply inventory and stocking.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities
