Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience
- Proven experience administering IM injections (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends is required
- Passion for wellness and patient care
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist providers with aesthetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments
- Perform intramuscular (IM) injections with confidence and precision (required)
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Support front office tasks as needed
- Daily phone calls
