About The Position
The Medical Assistant performs activities under the direction of the clinic physician and also functions as a receptionist for Pulmonology, working with clinical and non-clinical staff, patients, family members, and visitors. The role maintains interdepartmental relations, coordinates interdepartmental communications, and participates in and completes departmental billing and reports as necessary. The position is located in Montrose, Colorado, and is full-time on day shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant training program.
- BLS certification upon hire.

- Experience is preferred, though it may not be required.
- Additional education or training in a related field is considered on an individual basis.
