We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Assistant who is excited to support patients, learn new skills, and grow their healthcare career alongside a supportive team. As a Medical Assistant, you’ll work alongside your clinic’s providers and team to support patient care, help keep the day running smoothly, and make patients feel welcome and comfortable at every visit. We provide two full weeks of paid, hands-on training to help you learn our clinic processes, develop your skills, and build confidence in your role. Requirements

  • Physical copy of a high school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 documented externship hours.
  • Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different clinic teams and workflows.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
  • Successful completion of a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required.
  • Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and document manual vital signs.
  • Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed by providers.
  • Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.
  • Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.
  • Support front desk operations as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
  • Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage.
