About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms. Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. Focus on preventive care, not urgent care. Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits. Support seniors and families in their homes. Document visits using modern EMR tools. Help seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes. Your work helps identify health concerns early and improves access to care for communities across Colorado. You'll thrive if you have hands-on Medical Assistant experience, enjoy working independently, prefer being on the road instead of in a clinic, are comfortable with statewide travel-based field work, and want meaningful, patient-focused work with a clear purpose.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• Medical Assistant credential, certification, diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Hands-on clinical Medical Assistant experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel throughout Colorado as needed

Nice To Haves

• Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits
• Experience conducting Well-Child Visits
• Prior home visit, mobile care, field-based, or community health experience
