About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms. Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. Focus on preventive care, not urgent care. Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits. Support seniors and families in their homes. Document visits using modern EMR tools. Help seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes. Your work helps identify health concerns early and improves access to care for communities across Alabama and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience
• CMA, RMA, or equivalent Medical Assistant credential
• 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience
• Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Open to statewide travel within Alabama and travel to nearby states as needed
